Robot remover

As a robot welder at DS Metaal, I am proud of the work I deliver on a daily basis. We produce beautiful and high-quality products, and that gives me a sense of satisfaction when seeing the final result.

Because of my interest in metal and the opportunity to develop my skills as a robot welder, I actually created my own job here. The fascination with the possibilities of metalworking and robotic welding has been greatly stimulated within DS.

The independence within my role as a robot cleaner is something I value greatly. The fact that I know exactly what is expected of me and am able to complete my work efficiently and to my satisfaction gives me a sense of freedom. I learned this to a large extent here.

Moving from a temporary employment contract with the agency to a permanent contract within this company is an important milestone in my career. It provides certainty and feels like recognition.

The opportunities to develop myself within this organization are a valuable incentive for me. Whether it’s improving my current skills as a robot welder or exploring new technologies, DS encourages me to do so.

In short, as a roboticist, I not only enjoy the challenging and exciting aspects of my work, but also benefit from the opportunities for personal and professional growth that this position brings.
