Machinist<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n In my role as a machinist at DS, I experience a shared passion for the trade and our final product. Contributing ideas and working together to arrive at the best solutions makes the work truly challenging.<\/p>\n The freedom I have in my work is truly special. I know what is expected of me, and I am given the space to do my work in my own way. This autonomy enables me to focus on what is important and ensure that the work is carried out to perfection.<\/p>\n As part of the DS Family I experience the sense of involvement. Everyone knows each other, and that creates a unique atmosphere of collaboration and support. When I started at DS I immediately felt part of the team.<\/p>\n The employee benefits at our company are an important aspect.
